Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp
* 1 lb raw shrimp, cleaned, peeled, tails left on
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* Juice of one small lemon
* 1 stick 1/2 cup butter, melted
Thread shrimp onto skewers. Combine garlic, lemon juice and melted butter.
Divide butter mixture about in half; thoroughly brush shrimp with one half.
Place on grill. Cook, turning once, until shrimp are pink and done. Drizzle with
remaining butter mixture to serve.
