Grilled Tequila Steaks |
Ingredients: 4 ribeye steaks, about 1 inch thick 1/2 cup tequila 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper 2 tsp lime zest 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp prepared horseradish 2 bay leaves Directions: Mix tequila, pepper, horseradish, bay leaves, lime zest and garlic in a heavy plastic bag. Add steaks and rotate to distribute mixture evenly over steaks. Let sit in refrigerator over night. On a preheated grill, cook steaks, brushing with remaining marinade, until done. Turn once during cooking time, about 12 minutes. Season with salt and serve. Makes 4 Servings |
