4 Tilapia fish fillets
Juice of one lemon or lime
1 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. red chili powder or paprika
1 tbsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
Salt, to taste
1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Rinse and dry the fish fillets. Make slits in the fish and marinate in a little salt with lemon or lime
juice for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix together ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder
or Paprika, coriander powder, cumin powder, Garam masala, and salt with oil; apply this paste
to each of the fillets. Place in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Place fillets in a grill basket for
easier turning. Grill about 4-5 minutes; turn the fish on the other side and let it cook for another
4-5 minutes or till golden brown. The real secret to grilling is not to overcook them. Watch
closely as you cook the fish.
